The movie sequel returns with a new crew to see the development of the baby brother of Stifler into the classic Stifler that we have seen in the first 3 parts of American Pie.
Stifler brings in trouble during the graduation ceremony by spraying the instruments with pepper spray. As a corrective punishment, he is forced to go to the band camp. Again, he resumes his retarded pea-brain ways. But to get a girl in the band camp, he tries to act nice, but even after the stupid stuff he does, he realises he likes the girl. So Stifler tries to be nice to give the girl what she wants.
A movie without losing the flavour of American Pie. It seemed to be a better chick flick that the ones before this.
