Tirupathi

Directed by Perarasu, with Ajith and Sada in the lead, the movie's central theme was on abolishing business with pregnant women.
Ajith runs an microphone and sound set company. He frequently runs into mischief maker Sada and as expected, they are in love.
Ajith is very close friends with a rich guy, who is the son of a politician. Enters a new guy, who seems to be throwing bad names at Ajith's friend, but when Ajith tried to bash him up, the politician's son stops and threatens him.
Ajith's brother is in college, studying to become a doctor. His family hope that he would become a socially responsible doctor, but he is thinking of becoming an NRI as soon as he graduates and have fun in his life.
Ajith's sister is pregnant and comes home for festivities. She constantly works around the house instead of taking rest. The reason being that she wants to lessen the medical fees by giving natural birth. At the time of her labour, Ajith's friend calls him away for an assignment. For his friendship, he leaves his sister.
The assignment was money extortion from some rival. Meanwhile, his family is harassed by the doctor, who was the strange man who called Ajith's friend's family names. Even without tests, he asks for money to conduct a caesarian. Even though they manage to bring the money, Ajith's sister dies.
The nurse who took care of his sister mumbles that the doctor would be killing her by the same process, as she is pregnant too. Ajith is enraged and starts hitting the doctor fatally. That's when the truth comes out that the strange man is actually his friend's step - brother. Let down by his friend, Ajith vows to make his friend kill his brother with his own hands.
With some plotting and kidnapping, he achieves it and kidnaps the politician's son, in exchange for bringing a new law to provide medical care for free in all hospitals. Although, he faces some hindrance, the law passes smoothly.
There was absolutely no need for Sada in the movie. By the way, I didn't mention but it can be figured out that Ajith's character was Tirupathi. Lots of cheesy dialogues and elevation of Ajith as a powerful figure. He seems better to be playing some soft characters and characters that need some acting, instead of just idol worship. An OK movie - you won't be missing much by skipping it.
