Jim is the average American aiming to become the best anchorman in his news channel. But life never goes right for him. He is so tired of everything. One day a pager persistently asks him to call. When he does, he is called for an interview. When he reaches the spot, it is an oddly empty building, with the same person for cleaner and boss. After an interesting conversation, Jim realises he had Godly powers and he starts using them.
With the powers, he does many things that he always wanted to do. Things seem to be going in a good way, until a twist of things makes Jim lose his girlfriend and then get into an accident. Eventually, he realises what he had and things come back to normal.
Hilarious movie, especially the scene where Jim makes his anchor colleague stutter. It even appeared in the gag reel of the movie. Definitely worth the watch.
